Contact form data – your name, email, phone, postcode, what help you need, anything else you choose to tell us, and your consent confirmation. We use this to reply to your enquiry and to provide our services. Lawful basis: taking steps to enter into a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

A Google click identifier (GCLID), if you arrived from a Google ad – sent to Google together with a hashed copy of your email and phone so we can measure which ads led to enquiries. Lawful basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner.
